Erie, PA - The 2019 Secure Erie Accelerator program is set to launch in 46 days, on June 24th. There is a tremendous amount of anticipation surrounding this years cohort, as the SEA will be looking to improve upon last years successes that resulted in $3.3 million in additional raise for companies in the program, and 5 companies deciding to retain their business presence in the City of Erie.
This years focus will be driven by companies in the Manufacturing IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) space, as well as the Defense space, but it is worth noting that any company is welcome to apply. The deadline to do so is May 20th.
With less than two weeks to go in the application window, the program has already received applications from companies representing 13 different countries and 4 continents.
