One of the Erie Innovation District's first Secure Erie Accelerator graduates, Kwema, is preparing to pitch at two large conferences in the coming months, as they continue to progress their business in the new year.

 Kwema is connecting people in physical danger with immediate help using the most discreet safety devices that can be integrated into any security protocol. Kwema’s devices are designed to fit in any type of accessory: bracelets/jewelry, belts, employee tokens, etc.).

Kwema manufactures its accessories and devices in the US. Kwema’s dashboard and API are ready for integration and can leverage data points that can be used in different verticals, like Insurance, Logistics, Smart Cities, and Convenience Stores.

South by Southwest is an annual conglomerate of film, interactive media, and music festivals and conferences that take place in mid-March in Austin, Texas.

Emerge Americas, the premier technology event connecting North America, Latin America and Europe that takes place in April in Miami, Florida.
